Privacy Policy

KYNart ("we", "us") is an events and creative studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating the website kynart.org. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and how we handle it.

When you use our contact form or vendor application form, we receive the details you type in — such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this only to respond to you and to manage your enquiry or application.

If you pre-register or buy tickets for an event (for example the Dil Kay Parday Tour), that happens through Quicket, our ticketing partner. The information you enter there is handled under Quicket's own privacy policy at quicket.me. We may receive your registration details (such as name and email) from Quicket to communicate event updates — including announcements such as the venue reveal.

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand how the site performs and to improve it.

We use the following services for this measurement and advertising:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — page-view and usage statistics.

• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors use the site.

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures how visitors reach us from Facebook/Instagram and the effectiveness of our ads. Meta may combine this with data it holds about you under its own privacy policy. The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.

These services use cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some analytics features will simply not count your visit.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, or where the law requires it.

Form submissions are stored securely with access restricted to authorised team members. We keep contact and vendor submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or application, and analytics data according to each provider's standard retention periods.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email digital@kynart.org and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
